Control Center
The Aware Control Center is at the heart of the technology, providing a one stop shop for all relevant information needed to manage your relationships.
From here, you have access to an overview of your positions, important data points and specific economic data, giving you a full picture of the current state.
Click ‘Next’ to explore how Aware can support your Funding Workflow.

To initiate an allocation of loans to a warehouse lender, you would click on Funding Control.

Auto-Allocate
From the Funding Control dashboard, any unallocated loans will be visible in the left pane. From here, you can
Auto-Allocate the loans with a single click if the information matches expectation and is approved to move forward.

Based on eligibility criteria and allocation preferences defined separately, the AWARE platform automatically updates the Lender code and allocates to that Lender pending the initiation of the funding request
Once allocated, you can view the current status including product designation, financial information and relevant calculations. In addition, any errors found during the allocation can be viewed on the right.
Now, let's go back to the Control Center. Click Next or Control Center in the tool navigation menu.

To view and report on any funded loans missing FED confirmations, take a look at the Missing Fed Refs widget on the Control Center page. To drill down and investigate, click on the Missing Fed Refs widget or the Funding Status tab in the Control Dashboard.
Funding Status
From the Funding Status dashboard, you can view all submitted loan requests and FED confirmations in real time. Here, a breakdown by warehouse lender will help with follow up and oversight on performance of these obligations.
To see updates since arriving on the page, simply click Refresh.

Information is updated in real time to show the latest confirmed fundings and data received from the warehouse lender
You can export these results to Excel with a single click, if additional reporting or follow up is required.
