Gary Andalora

Gary Andalora serves as managing director for SitusAMC as the business manager of the MBMS business in Buffalo, New York.

Mr. Andalora was CEO for five years after previously serving as CFO for MBMS. At MBMS Gary was responsible for creating, executing, and revising strategic plans and the operational initiatives to fulfill on them. Mr. Andalora also led the financial planning, investment, and accounting policies, procedures, and activities of the Company.    

Prior to joining MBMS, Mr. Andalora was a financial analyst for HSBC Bank’s residential mortgage group where he worked closely with the secondary marketing department and supported the rapid growth of the mortgage business by analyzing acquisitions, capital budget expenditures and creating computer models used to make business decisions.

Mr. Andalora received his BA in Economics from the University of Rochester and his MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School. Mr. Andalora is a Charter Financial Analyst (CFA) and has completed training from Boston University in Project Management in 2002 and the University of Buffalo’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Core Program in 2016.
