Matthew Bailey

Matthew Bailey is a Senior Vice President in the Loan Advisory and Loan Asset Management businesses in Europe. Mr Bailey is based in London and has 25 years of experience in real estate finance and the banking industry. His main areas of expertise include special servicing, loan workout, asset management, loan and asset underwriting, direct lending, CMBS and restructurings. Prior to joining SitusAMC, Mr Bailey worked for Barclays Capital, UBS, Commerzbank and HSBC, where (inter alia) he led the origination, structuring and distribution of real estate debt transactions, serving both large corporate and private equity clients. Mr Bailey is fluent in German and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Oxford University.
