Mike Margolf

Mike Margolf is the Senior Director of Asset and Transaction Management for SitusAMC and is responsible collaborating with key clients to identify and develop business solutions, implement services, and ensure operational systems and support exceed client expectations. Mr. Margolf owns the strategy for the transaction, asset, and servicing management technology line of business and coordinates between cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of SitusAMC solutions.  He is a trusted advisor for SitusAMC and collaborates with clients to design solutions to solve for industry challenges.

Mr. Margolf originally joined AMC in December 2014 and brings over 23 years of experience in secondary market due diligence, operational assessment and consulting, securitization, quality control, and mortgage servicing.  Prior to joining AMC, he was Managing Director at both Stewart Lender Services and Allonhill where he was responsible for GSE and government operations and sales. While at Allonhill and Stewart, Mr. Margolf developed numerous new business opportunities, managed client service, and directed several operations teams delivering on client quality control, due diligence, consulting, and oversight engagements. Mr. Margolf originally joined Allonhill in 2008 where he helped establish Allonhill's hiring, training, systems, and operational execution strategies that accommodated significant growth prior to moving to Stewart. Prior to Allonhill, he was Vice President at Moss Codilis LLP leading business growth and default servicing support operations, and also served multiple roles within the default arena at Washington Mutual with focus on default servicing operations, systems development, and integration of acquired entities.
