Rick Soukoulis

Rick Soukoulis serves as CEO & Founder of ReadyPrice, a leading mortgage technology connecting mortgage loan originators and lenders to support more efficient loan originations. In January 2021, SitusAMC acquired ReadyPrice and its innovative mortgage technology that seamlessly connects mortgage loan originators (MLOs) and lenders to facilitate more efficient loan originations.

Prior to ReadyPrice, Mr. Soukoulis served as CEO of Western Bancorp, which served California mortgage brokers as a wholesale mortgage lender. In addition to wholesale lending, Western served the independent mortgage broker by providing the tools, technology and products to compete with the big box banks. Having been birthed after the market crash of 2007, Western went on to specialize in Jumbo Lending, primarily in home purchase transactions, and eventually became a Jumbo & technology leader in the markets it served.

Previously, Mr. Soukoulis was the Founder & CEO of LoanCity, a company that gave the mortgage industry its first broker to wholesale transaction portal. LoanCity was a business-to-business, end-to-end, e-commerce system and transaction platform.

Mr. Soukoulis has owned and operated some of the most successful regional and national wholesale lenders in the country. He created what today is an online mortgage bank during the "dot com" boom, using it for his own companies and white labeling it for big banks and wholesalers. Today Mr. Soukoulis is out of the lending game, and “all-in” on providing technology to bankers.
