Tim Mazzetti

Tim Mazzetti serves as Vice Chairman, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), with a primary focus in helping grow all the various services and technology products offered through the commercial real estate side of the SitusAMC global platform.  

With more than 35 years of broad-based experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Mazzetti previously served as Managing Director, Head of SitusAMC’s Servicing & Asset Management US division from 2019 through June 2022, where he led the extraordinary growth of the platform to $170B+ in loan servicing AUM and over 300 CMBS and CLO Special Servicing transactions (as of 10/2022). Prior to SitusAMC, Mr. Mazzetti was President and Head of Cohen Financial's Investor Services Group, a division of SunTrust Bank, from 2006 through 2018, where he was responsible for overseeing its $30B+ CRE servicing and special servicing portfolio on behalf of over 30 institutional third-party clients. Prior to that, he spent 12+ years as an Executive Vice President with Midland Loan Services, a leading commercial real estate services and technology business process outsourcing firm in the United States and Canada.
